Pressure has never been this interesting

What you'll get out of it
Pleasure beyond direct contact
When most people think of pleasure for their dick they think in terms of movement directly on their member. Maybe it's a soft sleeve, your grubby hands, or a questionable household item. But what about just pressure? I never had a sex toy like this before, and often viewed penis pumps as a product for those experimenting to add an extra few inches. Although I wasn't looking to grow my dick size, I had a horny curiosity about what it would feel like to put my tool in a vacuum.
What you get
The penis pump comes with a wireless vacuum, a detachable textured chamber, and multiple different sized rings to create the seal. The chamber is 8 inches long and 8 inches in girth, so nearly anyone can fit inside with enough room to start. It has 4 pressure settings, going all the way up to 350 Mpa, which is quite high.
Painfully funny mistakes
I applied some lube, selected a ring seal that hugged my dick, and thought I was ready to go. I was semi hard and turned on the first setting. It felt like getting an amazing well aroused erection without having to put any dirty thoughts in my head! Second mode felt like a borderline painful erection you get from a sexy tease. Level 3 went from feeling like an erection to ok now we are really seeing how much blood I can take in this dick, so I went up and down in pressure and it felt sooo damn good. Felt like when you hold your breath for a while and then you can finally breathe and get relief.
Now going to level 4 and this is where things went downhill from ignorance. The product came with stretchy red rings with various sizes I had no idea what they were for. Once I turned the pump to max pressure, it was sucking in so hard that my balls got sucked in! Ouch! Turns out the red rings are for two functions. One to tie your balls together and away from the pump to avoid them getting sucked in. Two for when you turn off the pump, if you want to maintain the biggest erection you just created you can trap blood by putting a ring at the base of your cock.
Avoid this common mistake
I decided to build using the penis pump into my morning routine. I would go to level 3-4 for 15 minutes every morning. With this pumps strength this is too much and I paid for it, I ended up getting petechiae. Small dots that are popped blood vessels. They make your dick feel itchy and it took about 10 days to heal.
If you are planning on using it regularly don't go past 5 minutes in the chamber when you are at level 3-4. Instead do sets if you really want a stretching session. You can do level 3-4 for 5 minutes then take a 5-10 minute break in-between, this will avoid popping blood vessels.
What using a penis pump does and does not do
It will
Using a penis pump will make you gain 1-2 inches of both length and girth...temporarily. I personally maxed out the chamber and made my dick grow to 8 inches length and girth(I'm about 7 inches length, 6 inches girth). If you want to keep that size for a little bit you can put a cock ring at the base of your cock.
I Found the biggest benefit to using a penis pump was that I had stronger erections naturally, I found myself able to have more blood go in the penis after stimulation. This was from using the pump for 5-10 minutes a day after just a week.
It will not
It will not permanently grow your dick 1-2 inches and that using a pump for several months at high pressure will only gain you a half inch at best. Some people claim that they have gained an inch+ from pumping but really they are getting too creative with how they measure their dick and try to compensate for all their hard work.
